OMG what a bad weekend ive had! I left my hockey stick at the training ground so had a shouting mum drive me back to it, my 2 lovely female bettas died(but getting replacements  ) and one of my fish that ive had from nearly day one died yesterday!!! Ive had her since ive started tropical fish keeping :-( This guppy was beautiful i personally thought. SHe was bought pregnant and give me my first experience with fry. I think i was the one who caused her to die! :( I bought a breeding net to replace the floating trap. So i was finding adicuate places to have it. SO with the current of the filter and the airstone, the breeding net was floating aorund all over the place! I think you know what happens next... I think she got kinda squashed between the glass and the f****** trap! Not to much damage was doen(i thought). SO i moved it as soon as i saw it crushing her. So she became sorta lopsided. SHe had trouble. She was just staying at the top. I gave her a few lil nudges to get her swimming and she did! But then she had trouble and just sat at the bottom  So i used the breeding net as an isolation tank,so shed have less trouble swimming without the airstone current. So she was jsut sorta floating head facing downwards and then she sadly died, hopefully happy but yet probs ticed off that i squished her  My mum was in the room and i get real angry when she hovers over me and whenever she sees summint floating she has to shriek
"Theres a baby!" but really its a leaf. So i get angry and dont concerntrate and lose sight of things, like the breeding trap...
So,why did she die?Did i squash her swimbladder? Or was she constipated....?

ANy help greatly appreciated!

Sorry bless her R.I.P.
