No Permission ???

Does anybody know y when ever i want to say somethin in the forums (besides newbies and beginers) it says this to me "Sorry you do not have permission to start a topic in this forum" anyone who knows y i would like to no since i would like to ask q's in the other forums.

I believe you need to respond to the validation email... don't worry though I can manualy process the application now...

Tada, all done now I reckon the validation email may have gone into your "spam" box at hotmail
