i just went to home depot and picked up an 18 foot long LED strip light for $10. took me 5 minutes to install and it looks great.

at least on the inside it looks great. that's the point isn't it?

thanks. it doesn't look so great from above, but i love the way it looks inside now. i can finally watch my pleco "Willy" scavenge for food without disturbing him.

yeah. sorry i forgot to mention that! there still isn't a day time fixture yet for that tank, but i'm working on building one.

Nice. I just got a moon light for my tank as well. Certainly worth it
