Nitrate Test?

Hi

How often do you do the test?
I have had my new tank going for 4 days now .

Kept an eye on temperature oxygen flow etc.

Daily
Weekly
Monthly

I tested nitrates very often (every couple of days) when we started our tanks. Now I don't test so often, only when I'm concerned or curious.

I'd say I am more of a monthly kinda guy, don't see a need to test more than that on an established tank.
