Nitrate Removal Using Inline Resin Cannister.............

If you have high nitrates coming out in your tap water is there a method using an inline canister containing resin to remove some of the nitrates while adding water to tank? If there is where? I'm sure I've seen this somewhere but can't remember where.

You can get tap water resin filters but most people say they very expensive to run, You can pick up a RO unit nowadays for £50 that would take it all out, But is 2 pure for fish, You can buy products like "RO Right" for this but heard lots of people just cut it 75%/25% or 66%/33% with tap water, At 75%/25% you would only have a quater of the nitrate in.
