Nitrate, nitrite and ammonia high

I’ve got a goldfish tank with 3 goldfish, I added one yesterday and the other two had been in for about two weeks, what % water change should I do, 40 gallon

Tank size is a bit small for 3 goldies. What kind of goldfish is it?

One ping pong fish and two orandas

Ping pong = 20 gallon tank, two orandas = 40-60 gallon tops. In conclusion I think you should have a 60-80 gallon tank for three of them and good filter as goldfish are messy fish.

Do a 75% water change and gravel clean the substrate any day you have an ammonia or nitrite reading above 0ppm, or a nitrate reading above 20ppm.
Make sure any new water is free of chlorine/ chloramine before it's added to the tank.
