Nitra-Zorb

Hi, recently bought a pouch of Nitra-Zorb, It says on pack to place in path of waterflow in aquarium filter, where exactly is this?, it really does not give any other description so im kinda lost. Is it in the actual filter?, if so I dont think it will fit?. Any help would be much appreciated.

Never used it, but according to this fits in the filter.
