Nipping Fish But Which Ones?

Hi i am having a problem with a fish or a group of fish nipping my other fish.My gouramis have nipped fins,my male gup has hardly any fin left and my female fighters have some nips.The list of my fish are below.My tank is a juwel vision 180 bowfront.

not 100% sure but my thinking is it's either the tetras or female bettas...

I think it is the serpeas because i saw one of them go after one of my f/bettas fins at feeding time.I havnt got any spare tank or anything so i might have to take them back.

you cannot put bettas, gouramis, and male guppies together because the most aggressive of those fish will nip the others' fins. bettas don't do well with gouramis because they are both anabantids (close relatives). and bettas will also nip the tails of male guppies.
