Buying a tank that has one of these fish in, have researched the net and tried to read some articles on here, a good view of the this fish (in the tank i am getting) is in picture 9 of this link

My Questions are;
1. This fish is currently in a 67 gallon tank and has been for a couple of years, how problematic do you think this will be the longer run for me?
2. I read that this fish is an "ambush predator" and a carnivore, how true is this?
3. Can i feed it frozen bloodworm, or this is complete "no-no" for all Malawi Cichlids?
4. Any other advice about best diet?
