Nightmare With 2nd Cycling Tank

Well i have got a new tank which has been cycling for a week. and i noticed yest that the stand i have this on will not take the weight,

Have had to take half the water out until i can get someone to make the stand capable of taking tank weight. (total bummer)

Anyways

Will taking half the water out affect the cycling process?

Or anyone in scotland good with there hands able to fix the tank stand for me

as long as the water is still going through the filter its fine. you are cycling the filter not the water.
