Newly Planted

I have this 30g that has been set-up for while using artificial plants, both plastic and silk. I finally got tired of those wretched things and decided to try planting it. I am going to need a new bulb, as the one that's in it is just an Eclipse T8 Natural Daylight bulb. I am thinking of getting a PowerGlo bulb for it... what are the opinions on that?
I know it will need to grow in some, so I'm hoping I'll be happier with it in a month or 2.
Here's a before and after shot. Please tell me what you think!
There are:
2 amazon swords
2 anubias
5 java ferns
numerous italian vals
1 unknown (took it from my planted 10g)
one floating plastic plant to help keep my gourami comfortable (until the riccia grows in)

Thanks! I just realized I had not changed the background before I took the 'after' shot. It's black now, as the planted scene didn't look very good to me.
I can't wait for the plants to fill in and cover the equipment!

Thanks guys. I will post more in a month or 2, after the plants have had time to get settled. I plan on fertilizing them in a week or so, after they've had time to eat up whatever nitrates they can get.
