Newest Additions To The Family

so i went out to the pet store yesterday and i couldnt help but be drawn to the betta's as usual *lol* many of the fish there were sick with cotton or some other bacterial/fungal infection and they were in an inch of water in a tiny cup the size of a small coffee cup.... i cried and pouted and wondered "why oh why are people so cruel!?" the guy at the pet store told me that he only changes the water once a week and that it's alright that his betta's live in less than a gallon... that made me extremely sad...

i couldnt bear to see the poor fish treated so badly.. i did what most people who have done on this forum and picked two and saved them only b/c i just couldnt choose...

so here they are... the latest addition to my family

Doctor Who (the purple/blue) and Robin Hood (the aqua)

yea my friends like the Doctor's colors better than Robin's i think they are both pretty nice looking haha... and it was so hard to tell what color they were b/c when i bought them, they were in an inch of blue water
