Newbies 1st Tank

couple pics of my 1st tank only set up about 2 months ago current inhabitants are
3 platies and 12 guppie babies (big enough to spot in these photo's now!!)

Any tips or suggestions welcomed, i'm totally new to this and possibly rushed things
at first and lost a guppy on the way

Don't think those plants will survive with that lighting, you need some anubias or some java moss, would look better

How many gals/litres? Yeh the lighting doesn't really look sufficient...

its a 35ltr biube the plant at the front left is looking decidedly unhappy, had previously put this down to
the snail invasion though

I like those cylindrical tanks, and even though I wouldn't buy one yours looks pretty good!

Congrats on the first tank, and good luck with the guppy fry! They'll need a bigger home soon but it looks like you've got them off to a good start

Yeh, once the fry grow up they will require a bigger tank.
