Hi, Everyone Really enjoying you forum, currently have a two hundred litre Tank with
Clown Loaches, Pleco, Red tailed black shark and assorted cichlids, i have gravel substrate
with these type of fish would i be better off using a sand substrate. ?.

I always prefer sand to gravel, no matter what fish I have. I will say the clown loaches and pleco will probably out grow your tank eventually.

Yes i agree i am in the process of sourcing a much bigger tank.
