Hello all!

I'm Vanessa and I'm new to this forum and to the world of tropical fish.

A little about me, I'm 25 and from Solihull, West Midlands.

Two weeks ago I bought a Biorb 30. Last week I bought my first fish, 1 Swordtail, 1 Molly and 2 Platys. This week I thought it would be time for my first fish tank clean. So I took to Google and searched for how to do this, but unsurprisingly there are so many different opinions out there. So I felt the need to join a forum with what looks like a lot of dedicated tropical fish owners, who will hopefully be happy to advise me whilst I look after my new fish!

So please be patient with me and my silly questions.

I'd just like to say thanks for sending me to the Beginner's Resource Centre, it's been such a big help and I've managed to find the answers to my questions around there too. I love my fish and I love looking after them, it's part of my Sunday routine now, after breakfast, I get my fish box out and get to work!!
