Newbie Needs Advice

Hi guys

Hope someone can help, i've been having some problems with midges in my indoor turtle pond and i've heard of people using fish to eat the larvae and help get rid of them. What kind of fish eat midge larvae, i've heard killi fish do but i'm not sure where i'd get some. Please help.

is that something i'd be able to get at a pet store because as far as i'm aware there arent any specialist aquariums near me

In my experience most of the common aquarium fish are very happy to eat mosquito larvae. I deliberately leave a bucket outside in summer to harvest them as live food.
