Hey guys, came across this forum while searching google for info on using sand in your tank (as a result im now washing it ready to go in
)
I'm not sure how much water my tank holds, i've been told 22g
but i havnt a clue, its 3ft wide, 1ft deep and 1.5ft tall. Currently have:
1 brissle nose plec
1 common plec (upgrading tank soonish
)
1 clown loach (other 3 died
)
5 neon tetras
4 glow light tetras
2 corys
2 platties (both male, used to be just female and male, female gave birth and died the male was the only one who grew up
)
and 2 im not sure of, got them the other day:
when i get the sand in there i think i'll get another cory and some khuli loaches
also have some java fern and an unknown plant in there, the java fern grows stupidly quick and seems to spread all around the tank! got the main one bonded to a bit of bogwood which i think looks very good much better than a pot! got the other plant bonding to a different bit of wood at the mo
heres a pic from the other day, exactly the same now except i've lifted my filter up higher:
