Newbie Advice Pleaseeee

Evening all,

Im a newbie to the planted aquarium and I have done some research but im still unsure...I have planted these into my tank of approx 45l and I would like to know what I should be doing to ensure there happy, any oxygen pumps? extra lighting? fertilizers etc???

10 x Dwarf Hairgrass
5 x Vallis Torta
5 x Hairgrass
1 x Hairgrass (leaded)

and

1 x African Tiger Lotus
5 x Java Fern
5 x Vallis Torta
5 x Dwarf Hairgrass
5 x Java Moss

You will need:
-Moderate to high lighting.
-Flourish Products (or any other additives such as iorn and phosphorous tablets)
-Co2 system (Fluval sells very nice kits)
