newb to Co2

i was wondering about Co2. an would it hurt my fish. all help would be appreciated.

it could if you inject too much too fast, the ph might swing too quickly or the water might become too saturated with c02 that it becomes toxic to the fishes

oh...well i guess im not going to do the Co2 idea. any other ideas to make plants look better an more healthier?
