New white betta

I went in to buy a hammock for my rat, and came out with a betta instead. He is very young. He is barely half the size of my other adult betta.

I love this betta. He is a pearl, snow white, with a little bit of slate blue on the base of his fins. His entire body has a sky blue sheen, but you can only see it when he turns a certain way. His fins are tattered very badly, but I hope to fix that.
