I am trying to introduce a baby veil angel with 3 adult angels does he have a chance or will they beat him.

He's only about the size of a nickel, quite small.

Does he have a chance or should I put him into a small tank till he gets bigger

Thanks

I've put dime size angels, 6 or 8 at a time in a tank with 7 dollar size & 3 half dollar size angels, they learned about pecking order real quick. Make sure there are some places for the smaller ones to hide out of sight of the adults, and keep an eye on them for a while. If the small one is really getting beat on, not just chased & nipped, put it in another tank for a while.

Tolak

i added a single angelfish that waws about half an inch from mouth to tail to a tank with four pretty large (atleast 2 inch) angels.. no problems at all with them. in fact "baby" (the new angel) would pal around with the largest (and most agressive) angel, "henry"

but all fish are different of course
