Hi Chris
welcome to the forum

Plecostomus, bala sharks & congo tetras grow too big for your tank.
Being a hex tank I would drop the swordtails and mollies and just get some platies instead.
Not sure what a red glowfish is.

Set the tank up with the danios and only feed them a little bit each day. Do a partial water change every couple of days and monitor the ammonia & nitrite levels closely. When the filters have cycled in about 4 or 5 weeks then add the other fish.
Alternatively you can cycle the tank without any fish by adding ammonia to the tank each day. Over a period of time the filters will develop good bacteria that will keep the water clean.

what size tank should i get to fit these fish and what shape?

common plecostomus reach about 2ft long and bala sharks can hit 14inches +.
A minimum size tank for these fish is 4ftx2ftx2ft rectangular tank.
Congo tetras get to about 4 inches and need a 3ftx14inx18in tank minimum.
Congos and bala sharks are schooling fishes and do best in groups.

i would go with mollies and platties, not very exciting i know but with that size tank, you are limited i suppose.
