Currently setting up my fish tank and seem to be having the common problem of cloudy water but only after the heater started to take effect

The cloudy water should clear up after a while, it will be fine

Hello!!!! And yes I think the cloudy water is a 'bacterial bloom'...as 508 says, it should be fine when settled.
