I'm Jim 36 & from Nottingham, I'm Just getting back into fish keeping again from a 20 year break LOL. Anyway I'm currently starting a project converting a Orca 550 from a marine setup to tropical. The tanks been stripped and cleaned as it was used for tropical's previously, It's already got the stock lighting & pump, However as its a reasonably tall tank I'm going to add a small Korolia nano pump to crreate a little more water movement
I'm planning on getting a royal plec as I"ve loved these fish for years as well as some midwater & highwater fish, It'll be a community tank but heavily planted to ensure the fish feel cofident enough to move about, I"m aware that this is a small sized 'Nano' tank however it will be carefully thought out & have time to establish itself before the residents move in.
