I have a Neolamprologus sexfasciatus and it has sunken belly....looking for best way to treat. Anyone with suggestions, it would be greatly appreciated. I do not want to loose it as it is a very beautiful fish.
Thanks

Any other problems?

Are there any problems of sluggishness or loss of balance?
Any paleness, sores or cysts?

Could be Tuberculosis? Or Ichthyosporidium?

Doubtful that it is wasting disease but have heard of a cichlid being treated for it.
