can any one recommend me a small tank about 65 liters that is on the cheap side as need a new tank to breed my corys in

If it's just as a temporary breeding tank, just have a look on eBay for second hand tanks in your area.

and need it delivered as mum and dad wont pick it up  it

Most people will not post tanks and if they do expect 30 quid postage fees on all tanks.
 
Due to tanks being so breakable it's a high risk.
 
You'll also notice Pets at home will ask you to come get the tank and will not ship it

I used to have a Marina 60. It's not a bad tank, though the lighting isn't great (a single T8). Would serve its purpose as a breeding tank though.

it looks good  going to get another filter for it any thing else I need

The filter that comes with it isn't great, though it would probably be sufficient for a fry tank. The heater was powerful enough for me.
