Hi guys, I'm getting a larger tank (4 foot), the tank I have at the moment is around 100 litres with swordtail, platies, guppies (4), glass cats and cory cats at the moment. However, I'm toying with the ideal of getting 2 gold severums/ parrot fish (heard of those debates about hybrid fish but they look cute) as the "focal point" of the tank. Would my existing fish be compatible with the Sev? tbh I don't really care about those 4 guppies (they breed like crazy, don't even want to imagine what it would be like if I didn't have other fish in the tank). In the new tank, I'm thinking of having:
1 male swordtail, 2 female platies, 3 cory cats and 5 glasscats (existing residents)
2 gold sevs
Boesman's rainbow
Cardinal tetra/ black skirts
Oto catfish
Bolivian rams
1 female Kribensis? s
omeone said they become mean when they're spawning in pairs
Anyway, any advice would be greatly appreciated. I look forward to your replies.
