New Tank

After starting out in a tiny unfiltered, super-cold fish bowl, Fishy is now in his own 10 gallon tank He flares up at the filter a lot and likes to hide in his mountain. I just wanted a 2.5G but this one was a better price (until I started adding things to it) XD Does anyone have name suggestions? Fishy is seriously the best name I can think of.

I tried to get a few pictures of him but he usually swims away as soon as I try to take them

Hmm I kind of like the name Flare

I'm definitely glad I looked up how to care for betta's XD I was just going to do what the pet store people told me when I was a kid and keep him in a fish bowl, but he didn't look too happy so I did some research. Such a drastic change in him now that he's in a bigger tank. I'm glad I went with 10G

I'm not too sure if he is a DTHM or not, I'm not too good at determining the type he's a DT for sure though

Thanks I'm glad I got him a proper set-up it was pretty obvious he didn't have enough room before.

Good for you! He looks so happy in his new bigger home! I would also name him something like Flare or even Flame due to his coloring.

I think I may name him Flare unless I can think of something else it fits in so many different ways.
I was also thinking of Morel(le) but then he has the same name as a mushroom XD
