New Tank

Hey guys thanks for helping me with my problem of having 2 small of a tank (7litre).... as a result I have managed to get a good deal on a 30 litre tank, with a light, heater and a filter. I currently have in it a faux plant and a castle.

Up until thins week I had a frog and a goldfish livinging in there... but my fish swam to the bottom of the filter and died

This weekend I am going to buy some bogwood for my frog and some real plants

Does anyone have any recommendations?? I want whatever I put in to be suitable for bright coloured fish (any recommendations would be great)... I am going to buy them the weekend after next so my tank is in an even better condition for the new arrivals

first we need to look into why your fish just died. did you properly cycle the tank?
what are you water stats?
once we find out why your fish died, and how to fix the problem then looking into new fish would be alright.
