Hey all
havent been on here for a while, have just been enjoying my fish ,and have upgraded my tank
I now have a 150litre 4ft tank with 16 fish in..
2 x Psuedotropheus demasoni
2 x Labidochromis caeruleus
1 x Psuedothropheus acei white tail (Ngara)
1 x Labidochromis hongi ( red top )
1 x Pseudotropheus crabro
1 x Psuedotropheus acei yellow tail (Msuli)
2 x Iodotropheus sprengerae ( rusty )
1 x Labidochromis sp. "Zebra Eastern"
1 x tropheus moori
2 x Pseudotropheus red zebra
1 x synodontis catfish
1 x Metriaclima zebra marmelade cat
I am very pleased with how its coming along , the environment seems to be maturing very well indeed , algae very apparent on the rocks etc, and the fish all seem very happy.
so much so , that i have just noticed one of my demasoni's holding ...
came home from work, took one look and thought there was something seriously wrong with her, ( bloat or something ) had a closer inspection and to my suprise her mouth has dropped , and she is not eating , which is very out of character ...
i have another 35 litre tank which im going to transfer her too this weekend , when i get another heater and filter , but do any of you have any suggestions as to maybe what i can do to make this process go ok.
this is the first time i have bred any sort of fish and wasnt intentional , and dont really have any experience , so any info from you guys will help loads.
ill try and get some pics up here very soon.
Cheers
