Hiya all =]
One of my tanks I have decided to upgrade, and I am currently on the lookout! One tank that I like is 97Litres.. anybody know roughly how many gallons that is?
The tank that I am looking to replace currently holds an angel, 2 small(ish) gouramis, 5 corys & a few small bristlenose plecos. I did also have 10 black skirt tetras, but as this tank has been running for a good few years now, the tetras are now down to 3 lol. Not due to disease or anything, but old age I assumed??
So far (touch wood) there have been no problems with this tank, apart from the occasional outbreak of snails lol.
Anyway, if I get this new tank, and move the fishies over to the new one, what else should I stock it with? I will get some more black skirt tetras, but keeping the 97L in mind, will I be able to have anything else in there? If so, what could that be?

Thanks in advance

OOPS.. IM REALLY SORRY I DIDNT MEAN 2 PUT THIS POST IN THE EMERGENCIES SECTION!! I DONT KNOW HOW I DID THAT LOL, BUT I DONT KNOW HOW 2 MOVE IT EITHER!!

=[

As i say to everyone, im not expert with stocking, but too me it sounds as if that might even be a bit overstocked for a 97 litre tank.

Them Bristlenoses might be small now but htey'll grow to 15cm.

Also, 97 litres is about 25 US gallons, or 21 Imperial Gallons.

Hope that helps :)

Ok, thanks for the conversions Scunny! If that is going to be overstocked then I might as well buy a bigger tank I suppose lol!

Thanks again!
