New Tank?

Ive just bought a 30gallon high tank and im thinking maybe stocking it with cichlids? can anyone help me out on which would go best in a 30 gallon and which will get on together?

how about a pair of rams or kribs? and then adding some like a large tetra species but not to big about 4 inches.

If you want to have tankmates with them look into Apistogrammas, Keyholes, Checkerboards or Rams. 30 gal is a nice size tank for them.

For a species tank there are a few more options like convicts or firemouths but with these, 30 gal is really the minimum tank required.
