New Tank?

hi, i am a beginner to fish keeping and have just seen a photo of the most beautiful fish tank i have ever seen!, in the tank were malawi cichlids, in my area i have got 3 good fish suppliers but i have never seen any of these fish in any of them. question 1. are they expensive, 2. do they have to be specially ordered, 3. how difficult is it to keep them?, are they hardy?. thanks

1-no not to expensive
2-depends on ur LFS
3-Not too dificult with help on here

spend an hour or two going through this forum, im new to cichlids to and everyone on here has been a great help

Trawl the net, get a few good books because if you get it wrong with malawi cichlids it's going to be expensive. Compatability is what alot of people get wrong!
