New Tank - What Stock?

I have a Aqua one A-850
its not new and been running with some odds and ends of fish for a while, but want to make it look pretty again, im after fairely large fish (angles, gouramis maybe rams)
with a shoal of small fish. what would you say to put in there ?

Is that the 200l? If so, I'd go heavily planted with a group of angelfish (white), a big school of rummynose tetras and something for the bottom - corys or a ram pair.
