Filled my 50 gal(US) tank this morning. Let an air stone run for a couple hours with filters. Tested water which was straight for tap..... pH-above 7.6, KH-6, GH-8. Do any of you feel there is reason to alter the water at all for Mbuna? They sound in line to me. Other specs of tank are Aragonite base, lace rock, and a couple fake plants for now. Running my old Aqua Clear 50 HOB's(2).I may be a bit short on filtration-400gph- but I didn't expect to overstock either. Any info would be appreciated. Thanks.
