new tank set up

[fish are my life]

Im not 2 sure about how long to wait before i get fish. the tanks been going 1 week now and the im getting are
1 bett
2peppered cats
5-6 neons
when i get the fish what 1s shpould i get and put in first.
this is my first tank so i dont no much , only wat i red in books so all help is greatly apprecatid
