Hi,

I had a tank from a few years ago and I've set it up again now that I have a place of my own.

All the equipment is working and I started adding ammonia for the fishless cycle last night. But my heater keeps falling off! I think it needs a new holder or suckers.

I looked at my LFS at the weekend, but they didn't have any. Anybody got any tips where I can get a holder from? Any websites?

Thanks,
Sam

hey sam,

where you from? theres loads of places that sell them. in the US/CAN there's Big Al's , which is a trip in and of itself! (you'll never want to leave!) or Petsmart, where i work (so i know we carry 'em). just google aquarium supplies...

if youre outside of N. America, i cant help you sorry. but there are loads here who can. so, if thats the case i'll hand it over to them...

good luck!

I'm in Surrey in the UK. I've not lived here for long so I don't really know any fish shops. But the one I went to check out last weekend didn't have any spare suckers. I needed one for my thermometer too, but I ended up buying a new thermometer.

Thanks, I will have a look again on Saturday, but if not then I guess I can mail order. My test kits are running low so I could get a bulk order to make it more worth my while.
