Hi All,

Sorry it has taken me a little longer than expected, but here is a pic of my new tank that I bought last week for the bargain price of £70 with the filter included.

I dont know anything about external filters as I've not had one before and there are some sponges inside already, but the guy I bought it from showed me that there is more space inside for some other media, but what else would you put in?

Here are a couple of other pics, cause all the ones I took of the tank were blurred!

This is my current set up

And one of my angels

Hope you all liked them. I shall be putting up loads more pics in a few months when I start to set the new one up.

Thanks

Steph

Ebay. Its well worth searching through. I won the bid in the last second beating the previous bid by 27p :D Always bid at the last second

Just been looking at reviews of the filter and I can't believe the price of one of these new is £80. I'm even more chuffed now. :kana:

external filters are great, in your instuction booklet it tells your the types of media you can use, there's a bunch of them :)

Excellent, I noticed from a few of the reviews I read some of the different types of stuff that was in them. I can't wait till the next time I go to the lfs, there will be so much to look at. :hyper:

:-( I always look on ebay but never see them that cheap, i must look on the wrong days. . Oh well well done you anyway :D
My tip is to always look at the ones that don't put a little gallery picture on, this one didnt. I think less people look at them.

I never mentioned what the tank actually is :*) It's a Juwel Rio 125 with a Fluval 304 external filter.

Little off topic here... What kind of an angel is that? I've been trying to describe that kind to someone, and how big is s/he?

Thanks
