Hey guys, just an update about my tank, (im returning to fishkeeping after a fair few years away and this is my new tank) its now got a fair amount of the stuff in it, theres still a few larger plants to go in to give it more hight, but its just about there so i thought id share some pics:

Weird!! Is that propeller a 'shop bought' ornament? It actually looks quite cool! And that dec on the left looks like some kind of alien! Very nice! I should imagine it will look even better with a few larger plants!

Glad you like it, yeah the propeller is from a shop, its from a local garden gentre actually, there aquarium section is pretty shoddy but they had a big range of decor and stuff, and ive never seen it in any other LFS. It will indeed look better with more tall planting to fill up the gaps... oh and fish of corse which are coming soon.

I'm not really into artificial decor but I have to admit the propeller is quite unique. Nice touch.
