So today is my 12th day in cycling my 5.5 gallon tank. I woke up today and saw my used to be cloudy tank crystal clear. I did an ammonia and nitrite test and the results are still the same. Ammonia is 4. Ppm and nitrite is still 0.

I was thinking about doing a 10% water change tomorrow but im worried it might make my tank cloudy again.

Good, no water change needed until you need to get rid of nitrates which is the very last step. If you change your water your simply removing the ammonia/nitrites manually rather than allowing the bacteria to grow and consume it. Once your nitrites have dropped to 0 after peaking at 5ppm+ that's when you should water change in preparation for adding fish.
