New Tank...but Which Type?

Hi everyone, this is a cool site!

I've just been given a tank, it's a Juwel, but has no lid. I plan on keping Tiger Barbs in there and would like to either buy or make a lid. The problem I have is not knowing the exact type of Juwel. The measurements are 16" high, 39" long and 12" deep. Does anyone know what this tank is just by these measurements?

Hi you could have a look at the Juwel website hopeully from the pictures and description you maybe able to work out the particular model.

are you after the model number just to know or are you trying to work out how many gallons it takes.

The best fit seems to be the Rekord 120. The dimensions in their catalogue are 46cm high, 101cm long, and 31cm deep. This converts to inches as 18 high, 39 3/4 long, and 12 1/4deep. The height measurement seems to include the lid, but since you don't have one that would account for the difference. The catalogue gives the volume as 120 litres.

Looking for the model number. Didn't realise they measure them with the hoods on now I understand why I can't find it! Thanks for the replies
