Just thought I'd give you an update.
I have now changed the substrate from that crappy multicoloured gravel (!) to a course aquarium sand.
I have also planted 5 plants from Echindorus Bleheri to Acorus Gramineus Pusilles and Lobelia Cardinalis. I have laid down the slates and rested them securely on the bogwood to create a couple of shaded cave like areas and I post a basic picture backing on the tank.
Overall, I'm pretty please with how it's turned out, but what do you think?
