the pets at home in mansfield i have to say is pretty informative about there fish and freindly too, they generally keep fish well and know the fish's sex they also know a bit about compatabilty. i was happy enough with that one why cant others follow suit

Do you really want to work for a company that follows that order of suit?
I mean I know work is work etc. but if it is really ethically wrong and you know that the information is wrong then leaving may be the only way for them to actually take notice. If they really care about you as an employee then when they ask why you want to leave you can explain that it's because of their fish care.. they will feel really really bad.

The southern PAH in lincoln has 6 inch shovelnoses, 6 inch alleycats, and syndontis, and also has a plec labelled L171 which is not an L171. They always have fish like these and they are all in the standard centralised tiny fish display tanks. They also have loads of CAE labelled 'Sucker Fish' and like you say the specials never seem to have a proper label. Its always just a blue paper label with black laser print with the name and price.

Keep it up Jenny. Sounds incredibly frustrating but like you say, you are making a small dent which is better than nothing at all. Is there anyone at their Head Office you could writ to or contact and see if you can sort something that way? I know its a long shot but it might be worth a try.
