New Setup (yellow Labido's)

Middle of the week i am going to setup a new 4ft tank in the garage next to my bristlenose tank and was wondering if anyone could give some good ideas or suggestion on how to go about it..

The tank will specificly breeding Yellow labido's, im buying 5 for £20 when the tank is cycled, is this a ok amount to put in to the 4ft tank?

What rocks, sand, etc best to use..

All info would be great

This should be ok
yellow labs only get 4-5 inches and are quite peaceful unless you get stuck with a big old male
