New Set Up

Hi all .. I have got a community tank and thinking of going down malawi route , some of the colours are stunning ,
wot i would like to no is that my tank is about 100 litres. is this to small for them ? plus never kept them before are they hard to keep. Just looking for something diffrent, and any advice on stocking etc would be greatly appreceated
