Just went down to another LFS, and found they had a german blue ram. I was thinking of getting one.

Which combo is the best ? for a 80l tank (when full)

1) 1 German blue ram
5 Black phantom tetras
4 Albino Corys

2) 1 german blue ram
5 Guppys
4 Albino Corys

3)2 german blue rams
4 albino corys
5 neon tetras

I can't see a problem with any of the above mentioned combos :good:

Just remember that blue rams require clear water quality, so you need to add them to a mature tank. Also, they do best in soft water, so if you are in a hard water area, make sure the ram you are purchasing is local breed, and and able to stand the hardness. Imported rams may stuggle in hard water.

All local, literally a few miles away :D

Ive never had rams but I do think they prefer to be in pairs (male/female) so in that regard, the 3rd option would be better. I'm not certain about possible aggression toward the corys though if the pair of rams ever spawned.

I hear they are the most peaceful cichlid not sure about spawning though, what do you think will happen if I keep alone?

Not really certain about keeping alone. You might try asking in the New World Cichlids section.
