For all I know it's been done by someone with the education and inclination to go through the trouble. One thing that you cannot do is stick a male and a female of such completely different species together and expect them to breed. Different mating and spawing habits completely, not to mention incubation. It's a dumb idea.Needless to say, you have tried and failed? or have witness experiments on that? or read scientific articles about breeding keyhole/lab hybrid?
For two species to hybridize, they generally need to be within the same genus. On the rare occasion they are not, the hybrid offspring usually have extreme deformities, are infertile, and there is a high zygotic mortality rate. Labs and keyholes do not belong to the same genus, or even the same subfamily.Just40Fun said:spanishguy111 said:Dude. African + SA= impossible. That's just stupid.

BTW, this is a really old thread
I've never seen a scientific article that says it can't happen, and I've never seen an experiment done about whether or not pigs and humans can hybridize either, but science builds on information from the past.... all of which would indicate that labs and keyholes absolutely cannot hybridize. If you already know it can't happen based on previous evidence, there's no need to test it directly.

I see you don't have a valid counterpoint.Just40Fun said:I've never seen a scientific article that says it can't happen, and I've never seen an experiment done about whether or not pigs and humans can hybridize either, but science builds on information from the past.... all of which would indicate that labs and keyholes absolutely cannot hybridize.
