HI ok I just got a new dalmation molly today and she is huge do mollies do about the same as platies when there about to give birth and kinda lay low at the bottom of the tank kinda by there selves or what? and one other thing I have 3wk old platy fry would it hurt to put her in tha tank with them until she gives birth or would she eat them??

Just let her have them in the tank and if you wan't to save them remove them from the tank.

She might or might not eat them. I'd play it safe, and just keep her out. You can scoop the babies out of the tank after she has them, and put them with the Platy fry though.

Mollies are pretty much like Platies...she might hang out on the bottom, or in a plant or something. Usually they get a little moody too!

ok well she is hanging out around the filter and she keeps kinda quivering you think it might be time I really want these little fry

If she is at the top being abit restless and grumpy and chasing the fish away yes not long to go.

yep thats what she is doing should I put her in the brreder net my platy did good in there

Breeding nets can stress them out...so I wouldn't. You can just catch the fry and put them in there, as they are born, or after they are born.
