New Pond!

Ok we renovated our pond and made it bigger it is 1386 gallons estimated. Lokks smaller than you think.
Not completely finished more pebbels need to be added. There are some stickleback in there which are breeding plus some baby chub that must have come in on plants or something.

Thanks guys. We have just made it bigger, deepest part is 3ft. No goldies strictly wildlife pond. We are hoping to add some reeds/irirses.
The only fish in there came as eggs on plants or birds as we have never put an in there. They look good though and shoal nicely. I will try and get a piccy.

I think it needs to be deeper over all to have koi but Im no pond expert.

I'd like koi but mum won't let me. Strictly wildlife and there is no filtration except plants and i will add some watercress.

get a uv filter works a treat on my gf's
