I went into P@H yesterday as I was in the area & needed some food & a couple of plants.
As usual I looked at the fish & was taken by a lovely golden/ red platy.
I don't usually get my fish from there but I was smitten, so took a chance
While I was there I glanced into the guppy tank & saw 2 small fry swimming around with them, none of the guppies were taking any notice of them.
Anyway, while the girl was getting the platy for me, I mentioned the fry, & how I was amazed they were still alive & it was a shame they'd probably get eaten.
She said, if you want them you can have them, so I said ok, I'll take them ( she didn't charge me)
So I came home with the platy & 2 fry & put them in my spare tank with divider.
Woke up this morning & I have 14 platy fry swimming with mum, she wasn't taking any notice of them.
So my trip ended up with me having 17 extra fish, think I need yet another tank!
